InFrangersi

“InFrangersi” draws inspiration from the collection of poetic prose aphorisms Sand and Foam by Kahlil Gibran, in particular from its opening lines:

“Forever I shall walk upon these shores, between sand and foam. The high tide will erase my footprints, and the wind will blow away the foam. Yet the sea and the shore will remain, forever.”

In this fragment Gibran relates the changeability and transience of life to a concrete vision of eternity, underscored twice—both at the beginning and at the end—by the expression “forever.”

Between the breaking of one wave and the next, a metaphor for the relentless flow of time, humankind nonetheless retains the power to seize the instant, to stop it, and to make it eternal.

In our inner universe, between one thought and another, in moments of deep inner observation, we have the potential to grasp this eternal moment in a state of complete presence, even though it is extremely elusive.

And from this comes the invitation to “InFrangersi,” to break the cage of our beliefs and certainties and to open ourselves to apprehend our true Essence, held within an instant of infinite and unchanging presence.
