How does the free trial work?

You choose a plan and add a card, then the first 14 days are free. Nothing is charged while the trial runs. On day 7 we email you a reminder that the trial is ending, and your first payment is on day 14. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel from your account page whenever you like, without emailing us. Cancel during a paid period and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel during the free trial and plan features stop right away, with no charge.

Question 3

Which plan is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Premium is for composers whose work is the score videos: unlimited works, 4K downloads, auto cropping, and advanced search. Pro is for composers who also want a business around that work. It adds your own website and custom domain, advanced analytics and premium SEO, video uploads, and selling your scores. If you mainly need videos and a portfolio to share, start with Premium. If you want a site of your own and want to sell, start with Pro.

How does the free custom domain offer work?

Sign up for an annual plan and your first year of a domain name is included. The offer applies to first-time annual signups only. The free year covers domains at our standard pricing tier. Premium domains are not free, but they are still eligible for first-time discounts. Your domain renews at the end of the first year at the standard rate. If you already own a domain, you can attach it to your Scorefolio site for free on any Pro plan.

How does selling with 0% commission work?

You keep everything you charge for a score, because Scorefolio takes no commission on a sale. You are the merchant of record, so standard Stripe processing fees apply and you handle your own taxes and buyer refunds. Selling runs through a Stripe account, which is available in most countries but not all, so check that yours is supported before you plan on it.

What about institutions and publishers?

Institutions, publishers, and schools get custom pricing, multiple composer accounts, terms set with you, and personal support.

Do you offer refunds?

As a general rule we do not refund subscription plans, which is why the trial gives you 14 days to decide before anything is charged. If a service problem is on our side, write to info@scorefollower.com and we will look at your case.
