As human beings, it is common among us to seek out movement as a means to unravel and work out the storms that so often plague our minds. As a person with a constant internal monologue and a very vivid capacity for mental imagery, going on long walks/runs or drives has often been the best way for me to work out the chaos of my mind, and I have grown quite fond of these so called “mind-expeditions” since I was very young. Stroll and Drive is a strictly binary piece that seeks to capture these mind-expeditions, and it is further informed by the physical environments and various interests I have cycled through over the course of my life.Â
