Präludium und Fuga für meine Tochter (Prelude and Fugue for my Daughter)

This piece is dedicated to my daughter, Lilyanna, and uses her name as the main motif (F, C, F, D, A, G#, G#, A). The prelude uses these notes exclusively and also employs variable meters as developed by Boris Blacher. The piece is meant to be a fast and fun experience in honor of my youthful daughter who is a dancer. The instrumentation is a Mande (West African) Kenkeni drum, MK I Fender Rhodes, and Fodera Imperial bass. VST libraries are NI West Africa, Pianoteq, and Modo Bass.
