“Dactyloidae” refers to anoles, a species of lizards that look like miniature iguanas. While walking through Rice Village, I often come across these small brown and green reptiles, crawling on the ground or on metal fences. I enjoy observing how they move, scurry across the sidewalk when I walk by, and how they inflate their orange chins. How fascinating! Watching them move around is very peaceful.
