Turn explores the act of tuning as an integral part of guitar performance, inspired by the concept of gradual change in minimal music. While the right hand sustains repetitive open-string patterns, the left hand continuously alters the pitch by turning the tuning pegs, producing fluid microtonal shifts. Through this process, the piece transforms a simple repetitive pattern into an evolving sonic experience, moving from dissonant instability toward a more defined harmonic state.
