Destination

When it comes to asymmetrical time signatures, one unique characteristic is that they always push forward into the next measure, always traveling towards the destination. I wanted to use this concept and expand on it in a piece, always having the melody push forward. The two parts communicate with each other and are critical to the success of the piece.  The time signature constantly shifts between three different meters to keep audible interest, as you can never fully predict when it will shift. From the beginning to the end, the destination is the goal.
