The Little Boat Has Left Countless Mountains Behind is a chamber work composed in 2024, inspired by a verse from the great Tang dynasty poet, Li Bai.

The piece encapsulates the serene yet profound sense of resilience and gratitude that follows the surmounting of life's many trials.

 It is a musical reflection of my personal journey, a testament to perseverance in the face of adversity. 

Through this composition, I seek to offer solace and encouragement to those navigating the turbulent waters of hardship. The message is clear: when we hold fast to our dreams and refuse to yield, the distant shores we 

yearn for will one day come into view.
