- "The Mill" is a multimedia piece for live musicians, pre-recorded soundtrack and film intended for live performance. "The Mill" follows the history of American steelmaking from its epicenter in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It chronicles the rise of the steel industry in the United States, its most prosperous years and its eventual decline and collapse.
