- A patchwork of colorful, jazz-infused harmony and metric shifts, "skip, hop, step, jump" is the culmination of everything that I enjoy about light-hearted but fast-paced video game music - specifically composer Masashi Hamauzu's work on Final Fantasy X and XIII. • Recorded as part of the 2023 Del Mar International Composers Symposium. Revised and re-recorded in 2024 at UC Berkeley's Hertz Hall.
