- “"McGurke" is a piece about media illusions, media manipulation through propaganda and visual influence. At the same time, it is an experiment with the limits of the McGurk effect, where our brain tries to merge visual and auditory information. Here, the McGurk effect plays the role of an auditory illusion through the visual stimuli, while the e-player technology exists as an auditory illusion between the analog and the electronic."
