"What am I. I breathe (now). What am I, lying in the distance, out of reach. What am I doing. Can I turn toward it. What can I do. What I can do, let's awaken that which reaches out."
'About -' is a 'Musiktheater' work that dramatizes the artist's personal and musical concerns about searching for something but never finding it. Objects close to the artist's daily life, such as dolls (sounding/not sounding/sounding from something), bicycle wheels, jars and bricks, are 'played' to build the composer's own 'music'. In addition, breathing, which shows the existence of human beings, and soil, which existed before the birth of human beings, are used as musical materials to add dramatic elements to the work.
