- Much of my work centers itself around alternative uses for instruments, especially ones that work with instruments that have historically been used in classical contexts. Remaining Unmotionless (AFTER BADBADNOTGOOD), inspired by the music of hip-hop-influenced neo-jazz band BADBADNOTGOOD, utilizes the instrumentation of Bass Clarinet, Percussion, and Piano to transform these traditionally orchestral instruments into a performance art-based jazz trio.
