- Symphonic poem for band that portrays episodes from the great history of Portugal. Since this story is full of symbolism, I certainly wanted the composition of the piece to carry that same symbolism. For this purpose, excerpts from the current Portuguese National Anthem, among others, were used as motives. This piece won the 1st Prize in the 4th Edition of the Composition Competition for Wind Orchestra, Inatel-Army band
