- âarrĂȘts de ligneâ is the third trio of four in my suite of fifteen pieces for different formations and electronics. The form development passes the activity center from musician to musician. The global form avoid a high point but at a certain point I let the piece come to a brief halt. The music is sound based, where heavily amplified classical instruments using extended techniques are mixed with their electroacoustic counterparts.
