- This project was born with the aim to create an interdisciplinary work, that could develop a tight relationship between different media, both in the final result and during the process of production and realisation. We wanted that the costume design could balance the structural weight of the composition of sound and moving image, and that could share both the same matters and the expressive purpose. Onstage, there are one soprano and two performers, wearing costumes designed by Valentina Barbaro. The stage action is set into an architectural light structure, that amplifies and distorts the textural details of the costumes and sound. This field of allusions and cross-references, between the acoustic, tactile and visual matter, is made manifest by the speech, which task is to narrate, describe and document the abnormal, the absurd and the surreal.
