Captive Thoughts

Captive Thoughts is a musical reflection on desensitization and overstimulation from an ever-clashing ocean of images and ideas on the internet, specifically the dissonance between the artificiality of AI-generated content and the extremely personal perspectives of war. In this vast ocean of information and misinformation, it is our thoughts that we must intently take control of, unless we will inevitably drown. The title is derived from a concerning bible quote that I stumbled upon from 2 Corinthians 10:5, “We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ”.
