How do we truly define love? Is love, in its purest form, really as “sweet” as we often describe it? We speak of true love, sweet love, pure love, and so on, but how many of us have actually experienced such ideals firsthand? Often, while one person believes they are experiencing sweet love, the other might think that *they* are living the ideal life. Ultimately, it seems that the notion of “true love” may not be found in another person, but rather in the act of first loving oneself. Could it be that the key to truly experiencing love lies in how we embrace and care for ourselves?
