Yu-Cheng Huang

Yu-Cheng Huang, born in Taipei in 2001, graduated from the Department of Music at Fu Jen Catholic University. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the Graduate Institute of Music at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, specializing in Contemporary Music and Multimedia Composition.

His creative work spans piano, string instruments, electronic music, and environmental recordings, exploring the relationship between music and everyday experience. His compositions are stylistically diverse, often combining narrative elements, poetic expression, and sensory memories to create distinctive listening experiences and emotional spaces.

His works have been selected for various performances and festivals, including the International Computer Music Conference (ICMC 2023, 2024, 2025), the New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival (NYCEMF 2025), and the Workshop on Computer Music and Audio Technology (WOCMAT 2024).
